Pernille Rørth joins the CPR Scientific Advisory Board

CPR is pleased to announce that Prof. Pernille Rørth, PhD, Deputy Director, Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, A-STAR, Singapore and Research Director of the laboratory "Dynamics of Collective Cell Migration" has accepted to join the Scientific Advisory Board. Prof. Rørth is a leading expert within cellular mechanisms with a specific focus on cell migration. Her laboratory uses border cell migration as a model system to investigate how cells become migratory and how cell and cluster movements are controlled and guided in vivo. This model system combines the advantages of a genetically tractable in vivo system (Drosophila) with the ability to image the migration live. Prof. Rørth will add great value to the work of the Scientific Advisory Board.
