Work and life at CPR
Become part of a world-leading protein research center
When joining CPR, you become part of a highly international, vibrant and interactive research environment. We are a unified center with all research, people and technology gathered across four floors in one building. This setup ensures knowledge sharing and creates a synergistic environment that stimulates collaboration across research groups. CPR groups also collaborate extensively with researchers outside CPR, nationally and internationally.
World class technology at your disposal
The foundation for research at the center is a number of state-of-the-art technology platforms that provide unique resources to help our scientists develop their research methods and build up their expertise. Our technology platforms include big data management, mass spectrometry, protein imaging, protein production and characterization, genomics and cryo-electron microscopy.
Great work atmosphere
Creating an open and collaborative research environment is a clear mission at CPR. Our Student and Postdoc Association organizes both social and academic events, bringing together all levels of scientific staff across groups. This results in a great working environment where staff is encouraged to reach out to each other, share perspectives and fully utilize the cumulative expertise that CPR embodies.
The center prioritizes diversity and equality in recruitment processes and we continuously work with staff to develop the internal culture in this direction.
