Genomics Platform
The Genomics Platform provides high-throughput sequencing services to Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research (CPR) groups, with personalized support beginning from project planning through to downstream analyses.
Technology and competence
High-throughput DNA sequencing is a key technology in biological sciences and essential for genomic research.
The Genomics Platform is located at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Stem Cell Medicine (reNEW) in the same building as CPR. It is a shared resource laboratory co-funded by CPR and reNEW to serve groups at both centers.
The Platform covers applications from classical genomics to single-cell transcriptomics. In addition to housing and operating equipment, through a dedicated specialist, the Platform assists research groups with project planning, training in sequencing library preparation, data processing and support for downstream analyses.
